TERMS OF SERVICE

you may contact me through instagram, tumblr or twitter for a commission. i would prefer if, after messaging me on one of my social medias, we'd move to discord where you will be able to give me clear references except if you message me on twitter.

PAYMENT:

full payment must be made upfront via PAYPAL. all prices are in USD.i have the right to refuse any commission and do not owe an explanation. moreover, i will give a full refund if i cancel, though there is still no explanation owed. if you were to cancel after i've already started the commission, you would be entitled to a partial refund. i do not offer refunds once the commission is completed.

TERMS:

- You CANNOT use the commission for business or profitable purposes without my consent
- You CANNOT resell or redistribute any artwork you commission from me without my consent
- You CANNOT remove my watermark/signature from the drawing for any reason.
- You CANNOT modify or edit the drawing after you received it without my consent. That includes changing colours, adding colours, shadows… If you are not satisfied with my finished artwork, please notify me.
- The prices of the commissions may vary— raise— due to complexity.
- In the case of an Original Character, if you do not provide me with clear visual references I can work with, it would count as design work. Taking “creative liberties” consumes time and energy. It will raise the price.
- I will send you WIPs in the first stages of the drawing (sketch, lineart, flats) for you to give me feedback on. You can ask me to change anything at this point.
- Any major changes in the advanced stages of the commission will cost extra.
- I don't establish deadlines. If the waiting time would exceed half a year however, I am willing to offer a full or partial refund (depending on the amount of work that I haven't been able to do.)
- If you want the commission to be finished on the same day, it will cost extra HOWEVER, I am entitled to refuse if I do not have time that day.
- Once the commission is finished, you will receive a PNG version of the drawing via the email address you provided me with. Please don't forget to send me an email if you want the best quality of your commission.
- I might use your commission to promote myself or for portfolio material, but I will not claim any character displayed as mine. If you're not okay with this, please notify me.
- I may stream your commission on my discord/twitch. If you’re not okay with this, please notify me.
- If you post the commission somewhere, you HAVE TO link it back to any of my social media pages.

CRITERIA

WILL DO:

- ocs, non ocs, fandom ocs, oc x canon, self inserts, real people from shows/movies (as long as it's the character, not the actors themselves.)
- ship art, queer art
- furries, monsters, fantasy species (think dnd)
- blood, mild gore, decay,
- non-sexual nudity, NSFW (check my 🔞twitter for exemples.)

WON'T DO:

- mech, animatronics (doesn't include characters with robotic prostheses or humanoid robots.)
- proshipping
- bigotry
- extreme gore and heavy gore of minors
- celebrity fan art (out of character)
- art of real people (unless you are cosplaying your own character/ it's a self insert)these fandoms:
- vivzipop media (helluva boss, hazbin hotel)
- dsmp + related
- south park
- genshin impact

if you are unsure about a subject, don't hesitate to ask.
any requests made regarding proshipping, bigoted themes, etc. may result in being blocked.

prices should be considered estimates. props, complex designs, or pets may add to your total. i do not do complex backgrounds.
furry commissions will not up the price (except if the design is complex.)
NSFW commissions may also differ based on complexity of the pose, amongst few other things.

BASE PRICE includes a full body, two head shots and the choice between two outfit dolls OR one outfit doll + a half body.

COLOURED: 140$USD

ADDITIONAL INFO

price may vary depending on ad-ons/if you decide to remove options from the base price. price may also vary depending on complexity.i can also make design work, meaning if your character hasn't been drawn you can give me directives on how they would look and use this as reference for your character. this will cost extra.text doesn't count as an ad-on. you may ask for as much text as you'd like with any font.these can SFW and/or NSFW. you may ask for alt versions (ex.: clothed VS naked.)
